Shannon Madeldove is the General Manager at Ogden Lincoln of Westmont, having joined the team in November 2024. With over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry, Shannon's career began in sales, where he quickly demonstrated his strong work ethic and passion for cars. His dedication and expertise have allowed him to climb the ranks, ultimately achieving the position of General Manager. Shannon thrives on working closely with customers, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring that every client has a positive experience. Outside of his professional life, Shannon enjoys running, fishing, and playing golf, making the most of his free time outdoors.

Tyler Garibay joined the Ogden Lincoln team in Westmont as a Sales Product Specialist in September 2024. With a passion for luxury vehicles and a commitment to exceptional customer service, Tyler is dedicated to helping clients find the perfect Lincoln to fit their lifestyle. His approachable demeanor and in-depth knowledge make every car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable.

Jack Bailie has been a dedicated employee since August 2020, bringing strong leadership and a customer-focused approach to his role. Known for his exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking, Jack has played a key part in driving sales and fostering strong client relationships. Outside of work, Jack is an avid golfer, often spending his free time on the course, and is also a passionate animal lover.

Laurynas Kosa joined the Ogden Lincoln team in Westmont as a Sales Product Specialist in December 2024. With a deep interest in the automotive industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, Laurynas helps clients navigate their options and find the perfect Lincoln vehicle for their needs. Outside of work, Laurynas enjoys traveling and cherishes spending quality time with his wife and two children. His passion for exploration and family drives his dedication both professionally and personally

Chappy Polk is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in both military service and the automotive industry. A retired US Army infantry officer, he served with the 4th Infantry Division and has built a distinguished career in sales. For the past 17 years, Chappy has been a key figure at Lincoln, holding various leadership roles, including Sales Manager and Senior Sales Manager for a prominent east coast dealer group. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with FMC's Highest Sales and Customer Service Award, reflecting his dedication to excellence.

In January 2025, Chappy joined Ogden Lincoln of Westmont, bringing his wealth of experience to this new chapter. Outside of his professional life, he is passionate about golf, collecting rare bourbons, and is an avid supporter of Boston sports teams. His diverse interests and deep expertise make him a valuable asset to both Ogden Lincoln and the community he serves.

Jose Ortiz has been a dedicated member of the Ogden Lincoln of Westmont team since August 2018. A former Marine, Jose brings a disciplined and service-driven approach to his work. With 12 years of experience in the service industry, he has built a strong reputation for his passion for customer service and his proven track record of success. Jose is committed to providing exceptional experiences for every customer, making him an integral part of the team.

Syeed has been a dedicated Service Advisor since January 2024, with a strong background in customer service. Syeed brings extensive experience from the hospitality, hotel, and food industries, ensuring every client receives top-tier service. Outside of work, Syeed enjoys indulging in the finer things in life, including savoring good cigars and appreciating luxury cars. 

Alex Concannon joined Ogden Lincoln of Westmont in December 2024, bringing with him four years of experience in the automotive industry. Passionate about helping others, Alex is dedicated to providing customers with the best possible experience, ensuring they receive top-notch service every time. His strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction make him a valuable member of the team. 

Alfonso "Pal" Gaimari has been serving as the Service Driver at Ogden Lincoln Westmont since August 2020. With a passion for sports, particularly golf, Pal enjoys spending his free time on the course. Family is at the heart of Pal's life-he is a proud father of two beautiful daughters, a delighted grandfather to a precious granddaughter, and a loving husband to his amazing wife. Pal's strong work ethic, combined with his love for sports and family, makes him an invaluable member of the Ogden Lincoln team.
