We know you are being overwhelmed with communications about COVID-19 and while purchasing a vehicle or scheduling service may not be top of mind during these uncertain times we want to make sure you know that we are committed to continuing to serve the community we love in a safe and responsible way.

In Dealership 

  • All high touch areas including, but not limited to, our waiting area, service drive and restrooms are being sanitized as per the Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection recommendations issued by the CDC.

  • Employees who are sick are encouraged to stay home with supportive and flexible sick leave policies


Service

  • We will continue to offer Pick-Up and Delivery with a Lincoln Loaner to all Lincoln Owners with 2017 MY vehicles and newer

  • Pick Up & Delivery has also been extended to our entire service clientele

  • Pick-Up and Delivery valets will wear additional protective attire to ensure the cleanliness of both our loaner fleet and client vehicles

  • All service loaners will be rigorously cleaned with the appropriate disinfectant materials between each useage 

  • In addition to the complimentary car wash that is always offered with our Service, the interior of all client vehicles will cleaned with the appropriate disinfectant materials

Sales

  • We encourage all of our clients to take advantage of our Effortless Sales Experience

  • Remote Test Drives - we will bring the vehicle to you, on your terms. Our goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment that allows for test drives without the need to come into the dealership. 

  • The entire sales transaction can be completed via the Ogden Smart Shop tool at LoveMyLincoln.com

  • As always, Our virtual showroom, LoveMyLincoln.com, is always open and our sales consultants are available 24/7 via call, text or email.
